The Jaws of Life by Pierce The Veil
The Jaws of Life is Pierce The Veil’s fifth studio album from fearless records. I was honestly surprised with how chill this album was since hearing “Pass the Nirvana” is my favorite and heaviest on the album. This album with a lot of songs that made me think it was about lost and new love. The only song I don’t care for mostly cause I don’t care for interludes, intros, and outro’s on albums, and “Irrational Fears” I didn’t think as an album as a whole needed to be on it. But songs like “Emergency Contact” and “Jaws of Life” I come back and listen to on repeat. They have been on a seven-year hiatus since “Misadventures” came out but I love this album a lot. “Death of an Executioner” is a great opener also. This is also the first PTV album I can listen to every song on repeat. So I highly recommend it to anyone to listen to it. Four and a half hearts out of five.
